There are three ways to communicate your comment or question:
1. Telephone Voicemail You can ask Tracy & Laura questions onboard the DragonHearth by leaving voicemail at the following telephone number. Long distance charges may apply. 1 435 258-6380 2. Skype Internet Voicemail You may also leave voicemail free of charge through Skype internet communication software at the following name: trhickman The Skype program is free as is the Skype account and will allow you to leave your questions and comments for my review. 3. Attached an mp3 file to email You may attach an mp3 file to the following email address: voicemail@dragonhearthproductions.com How to Get Your Question Heard Five things to keep in mind before you send your communiqué: (1) Start by greeting us with your name (or handle you want to be known by), where you are from in the world (region/state and country) followed by your question. (2) Please keep your voicemail SHORT and to the point so that I might be able to answer as many as possible in our limited time. As a general rule, ten to fifteen seconds is best -- no more than thirty if possible. (3) Script your question or comment. Write down what you want to say before you connect. This will help you to sound better and insure that your words are clear. (3) Keep it clean. Bad language will keep your question forever silent. No profanity allowed. Racial, ethnic or religious remarks will likewise not be heard. (4) Be understanding and patient. We will not be able to include all submitted questions and comments.
